Sheila Lenhart RYT-500 hrs
Shelia began teaching Heart Centered Hatha Yoga in 2017 and has a dedicated practive since 2011. She first came to yoga searching for balance with a desire to stay healthy and capable in life.
Sheila completed her 200 hour teaching training in 2017 and her 300 hour in 2019 at From the Heart Yoga and Tai Chi Center, training with Behnje Masson ad Rick Powell. In 2018 she received certification for a Wisdom Warrior teacher, training with international yoga instructor Desiree Rumbaugh and physical therapist Karen Church.
She loves sharing her passion. She teaches alignment-based, heart-centered yoga, encouraging you to feel the poses from the inside out, and how through this practice we can age gracefully with strength and vitality. She is dedicated to her studentship and enjoys participating in classes and workshops. She finds this to be life-enhancing on and off the mat!
Leisure time is spent with famiy, her husband Dan, and their Frenchies, Buddha and Lotus.
Diane Ullery has been teaching at Gun Lake Fitness for 3 years. She currently teaches the Body and Soul Power Strength class, CSFIT class and Gold Stretch and Flexibility class. She has been teaching for Body and Soul since 2003 and has been certified through Body and Soul to teach all three of the programs offered at Gun Lake Fitness. Previously she taught for the Jackie Sorenson Aerobics Program. She has had prior NETA certification (National Exercise Trainer Association), and receives ongoing training and education several times a year. She loves teaching her classes, and enjoys getting to know her students so she can motivate and encourage them on their fitness journey. Wherever you are on that path, she is here to help and encourage you!!
Diane loves the Gun Lake area, lives with her husband Dan, and works part time as an RN at Spectrum Health. She loves the lake and the sun, hiking, biking and kayaking....OK pretty much anything ourdoors...and scrapbooking!
Kristine is a certified personal trainer with 25 years experience. Kristine can help you meet all your fitness and health goals by personalizing a fitness program specifically for you and your fitness needs. The benefits of personal training include a personalized program, goal setting, workout variations, accountability, encouragement and motivation, form/technique guidance, and improved health and well-being. She will assess your goals and needs, and support your path to a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition counseling is also available through Kristine.
