Overview of Classes

Gun Lake Fitness offers a wide variety of classes. Whether it's Jazzersize, Body Pump, a Salsa or Line Dance Class-- you're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for your level of fitness.

Body Pump

Bodypump is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strenghtens your entire body.  This 60 minute addictive workout challenges all of your muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.  The key to BODYPUMP is the REP EFFECT, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.  This will help you achive strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning. With the latest chart topping music, highly trained instructiors and your choice of weight, get the results you are looking for -- and fast!!


Body Sculpt

A great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle.  Focuses on Intense isolation exercises with free weights and resistance, ending with abs.  All-Levels


Boot Camp

Need an extra push?  Our boot camps are designed to keep you guessing- each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone!  We will challenge you every class!  Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun -  but be prepared for some high intensity training! (Intermediate to Advanced)


Body and Soul


Circuit Training

This class is a high volume (reps). low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness.


Cardio Combat

No bags, no gloves, just a killer workout!  Cardio Combat is a dynamic and explosive class that incorporates kickboxing techniques with an intense cardio workout.  This class will udoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs if you practice consistently with power and precision.  this intense cardio kickboxing class will leave you sweating, pumped and ready to take on the world!


Group Meditation



Are you interested in burning fat, bulding muscle, increasing strength and stamina?  Then this workout is for you.  Using a weight consisting of cast iron looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle, kettleballs offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness, endurance, strength, balance, agility, and cardio endurance.  Challenging and efficient, and you ony need one piece of equipment. (Intermediate-Adanced)



This class will keep you on your toes.  This calss combines kickboxing, bag training and strength training to give you a total body workout.  Thish igh energy class will push will push you to reach new levels of fitness training.  Challenge yourself to train your body like you've never done before!


Power Strength


Strength and Conditioning

This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance.  This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes wih core training and stretching for a complete workout.  ALL-Levels.

Come join the party!  ZUMBA takes the 'work' out of workout, by mixing low-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  Featuring Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves.  Zumba is an exercise class that keeps everyone motivated by creating a dance party atmosphere.  A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditiong, balance and flexability, boosted enrgy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Want that look good, feel great confidence?  We've go you.  Our instructors are expertly trained to mix in new moves with hit music so classes are always different, keeping your workouts fresh and challenging.  Jazzercise masters methods that fuse Cardio, Resistance Training, Pilaties, Yoga, Kickboxing and Modern Dance. Plus we offer different formats for the variety you need to stay motivated and break through plateaus.   Our Jazzercize classes offer Dance Mixx, Interval Dance Mixx, Fusion, Flip Fusion, Interval Fusion, Core, Strike, Stretch 30, Strength 60, Express, Personal Touch, Lo and coming soon...Junior Jazzercise!
